Acceptance of Terms

By using our AI services, signing service contracts, or engaging in business cooperation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Scope

We provide professional AI business transformation services, including:

AI intelligent system development and customized solutions

Workflow automation and business process optimization

Intelligent customer service systems and chatbot development

Data analytics optimization and business intelligence services

Client Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete business requirements and related information

Cooperate with testing and acceptance work during project implementation

Protect our technical solutions and business confidentiality

Pay service fees on time as agreed

Use AI systems and tools we develop reasonably

Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property provisions:

Clients own the usage rights to customized AI systems

We retain intellectual property rights to underlying technical frameworks

Both parties should respect each other's intellectual property

Must not use or disclose technical secrets without authorization

Payment Terms

Service fee payment methods:

Pay 30% initial payment upon project initiation

Pay 60% upon system development completion and testing

Pay remaining 10% after system goes live

Maintenance service fees charged annually or monthly

Liability Limitations

Within the scope permitted by law:

We do not guarantee absolute performance of AI systems

Not liable for additional costs due to client business environment changes

Not liable for project delays caused by force majeure factors

Our total liability does not exceed service fees paid by clients

Service Termination

Services may be terminated for the following reasons:

Project completed and delivered as planned

Either party provides 30 days written notice

Serious violation of service terms by either party

Client's long-term default on service fees

Terms Modification

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Major changes will be communicated to clients in advance. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation; if consultation fails, they will be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration.
